Hoshigaki dried persimmon

i have a huge persimmon tree in my backyard so i thought i should try to dry them..

leaving a little tip unpeeled / T stem to string them up


so far so good... we will see in a few weeks!

    Wow. I've never tried dried persimmon. They look lovely.
